Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our eco-safe carpet cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the results of our cleaning service, we will work with you to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction.

Service Re-Do Policy

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning results, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will:

  • Schedule a return visit to address any areas of concern
  • Re-clean specific areas at no additional charge
  • Work with you to ensure the results meet your expectations

Please note that re-cleaning must be requested within 48 hours of the original service date and is subject to inspection by our team.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • If we are unable to complete the service due to circumstances beyond your control
  • If we fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice
  • If there is a significant service failure that cannot be resolved through re-cleaning

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service date. All refund requests are subject to review and approval.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment:

  • More than 24 hours in advance: No cancellation fee
  • Less than 24 hours in advance: 50% of service fee may apply
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full service fee may apply

We understand that emergencies happen, and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Limitations

Please note that:

  • We cannot guarantee removal of all stains, especially those that have been set for extended periods
  • Results may vary based on carpet age, material, and condition
  • Pre-existing damage to carpets is not covered by our satisfaction guarantee
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper carpet maintenance after our service

Damage Claims

While we take every precaution to protect your property, if you believe damage has occurred during our service:

  • Report the issue immediately, preferably before our team leaves your property
  • Document the damage with photographs
  • Allow us to inspect the area in question
  • We will work with you to resolve any legitimate damage claims

Product Returns

If you have purchased cleaning products from us:

  • Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Opened products are not eligible for return unless defective
  • Defective products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion

How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a service re-do, refund, or report an issue:

  1. Contact us by phone or email within the specified timeframes
  2. Provide your service date and order number if available
  3. Describe the issue or concern in detail
  4. Allow us 2-3 business days to review and respond
